One of the extensions enables by this customs’ action is the rescheduling of the date of settlement (or liquidation) stated in Article 7-2 “Special provision for declaration”. However, customs holds the security which the declarant/payer has provided.
Customs also arranges other lenient measures for dues and fees but better read the articles and the announcement cautiously.
