Advice sought after:

I listen to and dictate BBC programs (podcasts) to deter and delay dementia. And oftentimes I come to words and phrases which I cannot catch. It would be appreciated if you can tell me what they are saying and also correct my incorrect catching in the attempted transcript.

Thanks in advance.

Captain Eric Moody, who is a British Airway pilot and in 1982 he unknowingly flew his Boeing 747 Jumbo through some volcanic ash on a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Perth, and all four engines failed.

We had rather an easy evening to work from Kuala Lumpur to Perth in Western Australia. I was the captain on the flight. And ???(1)??? hours or so to, we crossed the Island of Java and all the engines stopped. All four of them, almost instantaneously. And all three sat on the flight deck of that airplane very concerned. We had done something wrong.
We worked for, or my flight engineer worked very hard for about fourteen, fifteen minutes to get them all going again. And descended from 37,000 feet down to 12,000 feet. We had other different emergencies on the way down. So I was quite traumatic ???(2)??? , but in the end the engines started up but we had got to down 12,000 feet. And we landed in Jakarta when we found out we had flown through volcanic eruption.

Now, not only the ???(3)??? four engines mysteriously failing, problems of the oxygen and so on, but telephone system that he normally talk to cabin crew to explain what was happening, that wasn't even working. So Eric decided to use the passenger address to convey the situation to everyone on board at the same time.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. This is Captain Eric Moody. We have a small problem. ???(4)??? all four engines ???(5)??? fail. We did ???(6)??? utmost to get it going. I trust you not into too much distress. Would the senior cabin crew members, please come to the flight deck. ???(7)??? should have told to cabin crew to prepare for a crash landing or ditching.
