Adachi Ward Festival, A-Festa 2018, is planned to hold at the riverside park near Kitasenzyu station on this Saturday and Sunday, but organizers decided to cancel the Sunday’s part of the two days festa because of typhoon 25 which is likely passing off-shore on Sunday.
It means that the Saturday part of the festa must be doubly exiting and enjoyable.
