Mizumoto Park Festival is on Saturday Octo. 20. I don’t know what the attraction is, but the advertisement says there are a food market, a mini film theater and play fields among others.
The park itself is attractive and spacious along with a large previous agricultural reservoir surrounded by woods and grass fields.
