Katsushika ward is one of the 23 wards in Tokyo and it is far-east end of the metropolis. The ward organizes a food festa to introduce its local cuisines, which are not necessarily very so much unique, strange or awkward, at a park near JR Shinkoiwa station on Sobu line. Far-east end may share similar atmospheres of its counterparts in NYC and London in its own way, anyway.?
