Cascading sake make me very happy!

Sake spill over a glass and cascade down into a masu, then spill over again down to a saucer.
This way of saving sake makes me very happy.
And the reversing flow into my consumption make the pleasure three times as much.
The glass is refilled with sake in the masu, then again with the sake in the saucer.
I enjoyed this lunchtime drinking at Shoya shop in Kashiwa today after detal checking.
