FYI:Pursuant to the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, and CustomsAdministrative Order 1-2017 issued by the Commissioner of Customs and approvedby the Secretary of Finance, all passengers and crew members must accomplish aCustoms Baggage Declaration Form(CBDF) and submit it to a Customs Officer.Airline operators have been notified of this requirement and have beenrequested to distribute the CBDF on board the aircraft before landing.
