MHWL releases Labor Market (payment) Statistics for September 2019
Ministry of Health Welfare and Labor (MHWL)releases the statistics as under, saying that the payment for full time workers increased by 1.3% and for part time workers it increased by 0.2%, and part time worker’s hourly wage rose 1.9% when they are compared with the same month in2018.

CTB releases the post clearance audit recoveries report and duty/tax evasion investigation results
Post clearance audit:
The press release as under says customs conducted post clearance audits to 4,079 declarants between July 2018 and June 2019. The auditors recovered JPYen 14.3 billion ($1.35billion) unpaid duty and tax. The included information says that customs auditors pay attention to the payment and assessment value as well as the goods origin status.
Duty and Tax evasion investigation:
Customs says 536 cases were indicted to prosecutors or fined by customs (administrative disposition). 404 out of 536 cases are gold smuggling and this precious metal’s smuggling has kept its plateau state.

Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co. Ltd （Loong Air） in China gets operation license from MLIT
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MLIT) announced that it had granted operation license to Loong Air,
which starts services from
November 7 between Chubu Centrair and Xi’an (7 days a week),
December 2 between Chubu Centrair and Hangzhou (7 days a week),
December 2 between Kansai and Hangzhou (7 days a week).

MLIT announces the revised development plan for Narita Airport (New Tokyo Airport)
The revised plan says its B runway is extended and New C runway, the new additional runway, is going to be built. The old C runway which has being used for a cross-wind backup will terminate its operation.

MLIT collected real-estate price data for the month and released the analysis results based on IMF models of which baseline index is 100 in the year of 2010.
