This writer’s recommendation is acherry tree street in Kameari, Katsushika ward, Tokyo. A very infamous spot for most of people but it has 1 km cherry trees pedestrian way. For free and far from crowded. It is 12 minutes’ walk from JR Kameari station and nearby “Smile Kameari Public Corp Housing Complex”.
