I met Charlotte more than twenty years ago at London Heathrow Airport Customs when I was sent there to study HMCE’s successful risk assessment models.
She also retired at HMCE and she is devoting herself to animal welfare activities as an enthusiastic volunteer. Lives in Old Windsor with husband and a daughter.
