Charlotte tells Max is in a pub. And I dropped in a railway buffs’ bar on this Wednesday. I took a few pictures in the bar and posted them in this blog.
Our pension passbooks had gone somewhere. They could be in a safe box in the bank branch or in the home. My wife has been suspecting that passbooks are somewhere in my room. I have looked into the likely spots, desk drawers and book shelves. Now I believe that she had taken them to the safe box and forgot that. She says the odds is 7 to 3 for her favor.
