The week ends on April 26.

Mentally slightly unstable because of the pandemic. Not worrying about my own infection, but vague anxiety over the coming socio-economical devastation after the pandemic ends.

Physically

well fitting. Once a month examination at a urologist office finds no deterioration and no signs of clear and present danger. Taking a walk everyday and notch more than 5,000 steps on average. Good appetite.

Intellectually not exciting. read three essays and listen to BBC programs but without concentration. Writing performance is poor.

Socially isolated as usual and that’s not to complain about. Rather it gives peace and pleasure to my heart and mind.
