の書き取りを始めた。言っている事の察しはつくのだが一語一句を突き止めるとなるとそれが出来ない。つまり正確には聞き取れていないわけだ。逝くまでの暇潰しだから苛々せずに少しずつでも押さえて行こう。

１１時ころ細君が帰宅。昨年の５月に手術をしたが、それなりに順調らしい。最近は大分新聞などを読んでいる。帰りに駅下で買い物をしたようだ。サンドウィッチのついでに餡パンを買ってきてくれたが、チョコレートと云う発想は湧かなかったようだ。

午後散歩。散歩日和ではなく、その辺を少し歩いただけ。

It started with my parents many years ago that if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is around to hear it, does it make a sound? And it has been going on for, it must be thirty-five plus years this argument and none yet has come up the ???(1)???. I hopefully Crowd Science can do it.

My belief is that when the tree falls and there is no mammals, no insects, nothing ???(2)??? people, it's just sound waves and you need the ear drum in the ear to pick up sound waves to make it sounds. If I proved wrong, boy might get humble pie.
