I dropped in a bar, a theme bar for railway enthusiasts yesterday. The shop says it replicates a dinnening car of the past decades, it is more like a snack bar car of a Shinkan-sen high-speed train.
The shop’s name is Kanda Tetsudo Club, or Kanda Rail Way Club. Kanda is a Japan Rail East station of Yamanote Line (a circle line), and Kanda station is the next stop to Tokyo station (Tokyo Central Station).
The shop adorns many railway goods such as distination display boards, signal flags and the like. The conductor told me that chairs are the seats for a train driver.
The prices for snacks and drinks are quite reasonable and are not super-express expensive.
The shop, pictured, is at the outside of North wayout of the station and beside the stairway leading to the tube station.
