The girls are probably experts or cooperation volunteers of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which sending those who with skills and knowledge being demanded by developing countries. And JICA seeks people with qualified skills, including language skill, and enthusiasm for working afield. Working location and environments are not necessarily as comfortable as their habitats in their parents’ home.
