No news to be shared and I apply for a half day off this afternoon for fearing rail services suspensions caused by heavy snowing. The picture attached was taken on Jan. 18, 2016, not at present but it could be like that, so forecasters are saying. Likewise rail stations’ announcements in this morning cautioned that some trains may be not running if it would be heavy and apologetic in advance.
