Customs and Tariff Bureau released the Minute of Tariff Council Meeting on October 8. They had touched on the interesting topics such as trade pacts (TPP, RCEP, GSP and WTO), Enhancing Export Control by IT solution, E Commerce and swift customs clearance and ocean container shortage, and so on. There is no conclusion in this first round discussion but what they had revealed are worth reading.
