(巻三十一)葛飾や江戸をはなれぬ凧(いかのぼり)(宝井其角)

句の言わんとするところを解らず書き留めたが、どういうことを詠んだのでしょうか？教えてください。
江戸で揚げた凧が葛飾の上で泳いでいる。江戸ではないが、直ぐ隣り合わせということならば、今も変わらない。ここは場末だ。
午前は細君と二人でその場末のショッピングモール“アリオ亀有”に買い物に出掛けて、掛け布団のカバーや台所のマットなど実に所帯染みた物を何点か買い求めた。
帰りに、気取った名前のパン屋で昼飯用のサンドウィッチなども買ったが、大したことのないサンドウィッチに何百円も払うのかと見ていて段々不機嫌になった。細君に言わせると「お店に入って食べたら一人千円以上掛かるわよ！これくらいいいでしょ！」とのことだ。

午前に出かけたので、午後の散歩はせずにお昼寝をした。
夕方、布団カバーの掛け換えをしたが長さの方向ではなく幅の方向にジッパーがあり、布団を縦に突っ込む方式なので面食らった。一人でやるのは今でも大変なのだから、先々になればできないだろうなあ。何事も暗く考える習性になった。

So it has been given an actual definition. But not everyone is happy with it. Pete Etchells, who we heard from earlier, explains there are two main camps with different views.

So that one camp that suggests that formally creating the diagnosis criteria or category of game disorder is a positive thing to do, because there are people who suffer harm from playing video games, and if this becomes a formal thing, then we can help ???(1)??? people ???(2)??? easy to start developing treatments ???(3)??? easy to develop support network for them.

The argument ???(4)??? we can hopefully reduce the stigma ???(5)??? what is a potentially serious mental health issue. So that people feel more able to talk about it rather than something that they hide away from.
