毛布を干す。好天である。細君は今日から商売の生協に出かけて、混んでいたと戻ってきた。
昼飯は磯辺巻に昨日の残りの牛肉とおせちの残りを駅伝を聞きながら頂く。トップは横浜駅前通過とか。柏にいた頃は地元校ということで応援していた中央学院は１８位らしい。シード権は遥か彼方だなあ。

午後散歩に出かける。好天なので中川土手の歩き初めと出かけたが、途中でわが家のドアの鍵を掛けたか不安になり引き返した。

仕切り直しとなると気合が入らない。二丁目の桜通りをアリオへ歩き、アリオの様子を窺う。人出はあるが、おそらく店側の目論見をかなり下回っているのではなかろうか。
続いて香取神社に行ってみた。行列が鳥居の外までできていた。並んで待つと云うことが娯楽なのだろう。かつて、そんなことをしたこともあった。
駅前へ出て、モツ吟で一息。昨日より混んでいた。同じような風体の爺さんばかりだ。大体私と同じような飲み方をしているようで勘定が千五百円を超える人はいない。私は千百円。

年末に細君に頼まれて卓上カレンダーの中型と手帳型を買った。同じ売場で買ったのだが製造者がちがったようで週の始まりが日曜日のと月曜日のとに分かれてしまった。そのことで今日は文句を言われた。混乱するそうである。
