午前は独り不善をいたしながら過ごす。
昨日、井上ひさし氏の『喜劇的猥褻論』

を読み直したが、公然猥褻が「法定犯｣か「自然犯｣かを論じ、氏は法定犯であるべきとお考えのようだ。初読したときはフムフムと納得したが、どうも公然猥褻は自然犯でよいのではないかと考え直した。
公然猥褻がよろしくないのは、人類の特殊な育児形態によるらしい。このため人類は人類になって以来あの部位を覆い隠してきたそうだ。
何が特殊かと云うと集団生活をする種でオスとメスが共同して子供を育てるという育児方法が特殊なのだそうだ。一般にはオスはやりっ放しで子供はメスだけで育てるようで霊長類も人類を除けばみんなそうだそうだ。狼などオスとメスで一家を構成し、父さん母さんで子育てする種もあるが、これらの種は集団生活をせず、孤立・独立生態だそうで、人間だけが集団生活をしながら父さん母さんで子育てするらしい。この場合、父さんはその子供が我が遺伝子を継承する個体であると信じて養育するわけだ。つまり誰がお父さんかわからないような乱交状態ではお父さんだと云われても面倒見る気にはなるまい。

そこで、人類はあれは夫婦間で秘め事として集団のなかの非公然行為とした営むことしたそうだ。そして、欲望を刺激するような部位を集団の場で顕にすることを厳に慎しむことになったそうだ。

Our species is very unusual, in that we have combination that doesn't exist in most animals, certainly not in other Primates. And that is that we live in large groups and we have both parents caring for offspring. So what is common is either you have animals living in a big group and only mothers care for offspring, or you have animals living in isolated pairs and both parents care for offspring. O.K.?

Humans have that this strange combination of living in huge groups and we always have deep feature of our history to live in social groups, and having both parents care for offspring and that creates a problem of the risk that female will birth offspring that the father ???(1)??? male and the solution has been to place sexual behaviour outside of the group. That is to have sexual behaviour be something that's done in private, and ???(2)??? people immodest about anything having sexual implications.

And nudity is of course is the first step in sexual behaviour that is exposing some aspects of one's person. That is considered sexual ???(3)???. So cultures have evolved systems that allow people to live in groups and still have both parents investing without ???(4)??? risk of infidelity. Through sexual modesty and nudity, of course, is just a kind of the tip of iceberg when it comes sexual modesty.

だから公然猥褻は法律が罷りならんというからいけないのではなく自然の摂理の点からよろしくないということなのだろう。少なくとも今まではそうだった。
午後は散歩に出かける。シャツの袖を巻くって心地好く歩く。先ず、URの名無しに挨拶。逃げはしないが、名無しの挨拶の仕方は“フーッ”と威嚇するだけで他に芸がない。そうだ、名前をフー子にしよう。そこから都住１へ。猫たち不在。図書館、曳舟川、蓮光寺、二丁目裏通り、都住２(猫たち不在)と歩いた。歩いているうちに珈琲が飲みたくなり、白鳥のファミマまで足を延ばした。ついでに床屋がそばだったのでやってもらった。料金は千円で変わらず。
願い事－生死直結で知らないうちに逝かせてください。コワクナイ、コワクナイ。
細君と僅な蓄えを頼みして生きているが、さてこの先の丁と半である。先が短いと云うのもこうなってくると悪いことではない。願うのは呆気ない結末だ。
その細君が「早く来て！｣と声をあげたので行ってみると、テレビの前で「三田明、三田明が唄ってるのよ！見て、見て！｣と指差している。新御三家だか、新御三家プラスワンだか知らないが、その世代だ。細君は三田明だったそうだ。細君の推定によれば７５歳くらいだ。顔の皺は歳を隠せないが体形や身のこなしはまだまだお若い。髪の毛が異様に豊富であるが、細工品ではないのか？
