I am an Anglophile, but I don’t know why “Comprehensive” is put ahead of EPA in this particular agreement.

Customs and Tariff Bureau (CTB) updates the cabinet order and standing circulars for UK-JP EPA implementation.
CTB has revised the order and circulars in order to accommodate the EPA effective on January 1, 2021. The revisions are mostly relevant with country of origin status and formalities on certificates and proof documents.
