Cherry blossom blooming

Meteorological Agency declared yesterday that cherry blossoms started blooming in Tokyo. March 17 is nine days earlier than the average date of the opening of the flower from the record kept by the agency.

And I walked around home in the housing complex this afternoon to find cherry flowers how they have been ready for blooming. They are becoming ripe but not yet opening in here. So I hereby declare the case has not yet opened.
